This truly splendid and excellently executed miniature figure of a horse bears the full sponsors marks of the renowned silversmiths Franklin Mint, as well as the 1977 Silver Jubilee marks.
Of equestrian interest, this magnificent cast model of a cantering horse features the proud animal in all its glory. Above his front raised legs there is an equally beautiful game bird with its feathers widely open in the act of starting to fly from the naturalistic field.
