This is a superb antique North Italian carved walnut and marquetry inlaid tilt top coffee table, circa 1860 in date..

It has a striking shaped top with marquetry panels decorated with wild life hunting scenes including stags, a wolf rabbits and wild goats.

It sits on a carved baluster column with  three outswept legs.


It is a very handsome piece which would look perfect in any study or library.

 

Condition:

In excellent condition having been beautifully cleaned and waxed in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
