This is a beautiful vintage three-tier free standing or pond garden fountain sculpted in bronze in the Victorian style, dating from the late twentieth century.
The fountain is heavily decorated with acanthus leaves, anthemion and fluting in high relief.
The water flows from the top tier through a central nozzle them flows into and over the tier and finally through the three vases held by classically dressed maidens.
This fountain is cast from solid bronze and was made by the traditional lost wax (cire perdue) method.
A lot of intricate detailing has gone into the creation of this special display piece.
Add an elegant element to your garden with this lovely fountain, which can be used as a stand-alone fountain or as a centrepiece to a pond.
