This is a fantastic antique pair of English Victorian Sheraton Revival satinwood armchairs, Circa 1870 in date.
They are both expertly carved out of solid satinwood, each with Federal oval shield shaped central cartouches, decorated with ribbon of flowers, scrolls and acanthus leaves.
The arms scroll gently onto square tulip turned supports and they are raised on turned and tapering legs which are also decorated with carved floral motifs.
There is no mistaking their beautiful and stylish design, which is certain to make them a treasured addition to one of the rooms in your home.
In excellent condition having been beautifully cleaned, waxed and reupholstered in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
