This is a beautiful Regency Revival flame mahogany and Satinwood banded dining suite dating from Circa 1980, made by the Master Cabinet maker William Tillman and bearing his label on the underside,comprising a circular dining table with the original set of eight dining chairs.
The fabulous flame mahogany tilt top table can seat eight people in comfort. The top is decoratively crossbanded in satinwood with ebony and boxwood stringing. It sits on a mahogany hand turned column with quadruple swept fluted sabre legs that terminate in brass toes and castors.The fabulous set of eight Regency Revival dining chairs by William Tillman comprises eight side chairs with brass inlaid decoration.
Purchased at great expense from the master cabinet maker William Tillman, Crouch Lane, Borough Green Kent in the 1980s.
