This is a fabulous antique Victorian flame mahogany extending dining table, circa 1860 in date and a matching set of ten Chippendale Revival dining chairs.
The table has three original leaves, can comfortably seat ten and has been hand-crafted from solid flame mahogany which has a beautiful grain and colour.
They have been crafted from hand carved solid flame mahogany with drop in seats that have been reupholstered in a stunning tan leather.
These chairs have beautifully shaped and carved backrests with an attractive pierced central splat. The carvers have curved open arms and they all have splay legs to the back with elegant carved cabriole legs.
The chairs are a rich mahogany colour with a striking grain and good patina.
In excellent condition having been beautifully cleaned, polished waxed and the chairs reupholstered in leather, in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
