This is a lovely large antique English Victorian silver plated butlers tray with makers marks for the renowned retailer Maple & Co dating it to Circa 1880.
This large rectagular silver plated tray features a deep set decorative pie crust border with shell motifs and elegant handles to each end.
Provenance:
Engraved with the coat of arms of the Scottish Bell Clan and the Latin phrase:
“Signum Pacis Amor” which translates as "love is the token of peace”and verso engraved with A. H. B May 6th 1913 Gribdae
Will look fabulous on your sideboard with your decanters.
The quality and craftsmanship throughout the piece are truly second to none.
Condition:
In excellent condition with clear makers marks and no dings, dents or signs of repair. Please see photos for confirmation.

the renowned furniture retailer of London, Paris and Buenos Aires, were famous for top quality furniture.
