This is a gorgeous pair of Milanese burr walnut and rosewood commodes from the last quarter of the 20th century.

This is a gorgeous pair of Milanese burr walnut and rosewood commodes from the last quarter of the 20th century.

Their small size would make them ideal to be used as bedside cabinets.

There is no mistaking their unique quality and design and they will soon become the centrepiece of your furniture collection.  

They each have three large drawers for ample storage.

They were inspired by the Milanese  XVIII C style and they are serpentine shaped,  made from beautiful burr walnut, and  have exquisite rosewood inlaid decoration with fabulous ormolu mounts. The contrasting of woods has a beautiful and striking effect.
