This is a British Indian Army Regiment silver plated handle walking stick, circa 1910 in date.
The silver-plate handle is embossed with the regimental crest and titles of notable engagement, the regiment name and "QUEEN MARY's OWN", on a tapering Malacca shaft with its original tall metal ferrule.
The 127th (Queen Mary's Own) Baluch Light Infantry - a British Indian Army regiment raised in 1844, with notable service in the Indian Rebellion of 1857, the Second Afghan War 1879-80, British East Africa 1897-99 and World War I.
