This is a beautiful Regency Revival diniung suite comprising a flame mahogany circular dining table dating from Circa 1980 and a set of six flame mahogany dining chairs.
The fabulous 5ft 3 inch diameter flame mahogany table was made by the Master Cabinet maker William Tillman and bears his label on the underside. It can seat six people in comfort. The top is crossbanded with satinwood and features ebony stringing, it sits on a solid mahogany hand turned column with quadruple swept square fluted sabre legs which are fitted with brass toes and castors.
The matching set of six Regency Revival flame mahogany dining chairs are made of solid mahogany with fabulous satinwood crossbanded decoration accented with boxwood and ebony line inlay. They stand on elegant reeded tapering front legs with sabre back legs.
They all have drop in seats which are upholstered in a striking burgundy and gold fabric. The seat cushions can be removed to reveal cane seats which allow for cooler and more comfortable dining in the warmer summer months.
