'Time Flies' is an antique oil painting executed by a follower of the German School of the XIX Century, circa 1860.

It represents in symbolic terms the effects of time passing, "fugit irreparabile tempus", (while you indulge yourself in deciding) time runs away, or passes by, and does not stop for one hour. "Vergilio ".

I have included a scan of an expertise by Dr. Armin Silbernagl who is a Professor of the Fine Arts Tribunal in Milan.
