The cabinet has a mirror back and the base comprises\u00a0of a central drawer positioned above a pair of bow doors, these having impressive \u00a0inlaid panels that are centred with an arched niche, along \u00a0with smaller niches on either side. These decorative niches provide an ideal space in which to\u00a0display your favourite ornaments. The mirror back has two full width shelves to display your ornaments and is covered\u00a0in fabulous marquetry decoration.<\/p>\n

The cabinet is supplied with its original handles and has working locks and keys. It measures as follows: –\u00a0Height 7 feet, 10 inches x Width 5 feet, 0 inches x Depth 1 foot, 6 inches and is offered at just \u00a32350 having been fully and carefully restored in our own workshops.<\/p>\n

This lovely old cabinet has been tastefully and sympathetically restored and features\u00a0burr walnut with exquisite hand-cut marquetry of flowers, birds and urns, made from various exotic veneers and ivory, set into ebonised panels.<\/p>\n

Antique French Ebonised Inlaid Pier Cabinet c. 1860<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

This beautifully restored and highly decorative piece is a French Napoleon III ebonised and ormolu mounted, abalone, brass and mother of pearl pier cabinet, dating from around 1860. It has a bow front and is generously inlaid with flower-filled urns, birds, ribbon-tied garlands and scrolling acanthus. There is a paneled door enclosing a bird’s eye maple interior complete with two shelves flanked by two fluted baluster turned columns with ormolu capitelli.<\/p>\n

The cabinet is fitted with\u00a0an impressive ‘Nero Portoro’ marble top and rests on a plinth base terminating in elegant toupie feet.<\/p>\n

The cabinet measures as follows: –\u00a0Height 3 feet, 10 inches x Width 2 feet, 10 inches x Depth 1 foot, 6 inches and is on sale for just \u00a33950.<\/p>\n
