Our bespoke marquetry dining tables<\/a> are all handmade by third-generation master craftsmen at our workshop in Italy using traditional methods and the very best veneers and timbers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take for example this magnificent large oval bespoke dining table<\/a> that features gorgeous hand-cut marquetry comprising urns, vases, ribbons and garlands and French burr walnut.<\/p>\n\n\n

This table has been French polished to the highest gloss bringing out the fine grains of the burr walnut and inlaid marquetry pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n

When fully extended this large oval dining table can comfortably seat ten people. The table can be extended or reduced by the addition or removal of two leaves using the special winding mechanism incorporated into the table. When the two leaves are removed the table is transformed into a six seat oval dining table.<\/p>\n\n\n

As a large dining table it needs extra stability so it stands on four beautifully-carved legs that terminate in brass castors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a very fine marquetry dining table as is but we also offer you the opportunity to acquire one just like it that has been personalised with marquetry designs that you specify. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another remarkable piece is this handmade burr walnut bespoke marquetry dining table<\/a> capable of seating up to 12 people comfortably.<\/p>\n\n\n

This is a large and substantial dining table complete with the most exquisite inlaid marquetry decoration. The marquetry decorations of birds, garlands and vases are hand-cut from different veneers of various colours. To highlight the marquetry as well as the natural grain of the burr walnut, this dining table has been French polished by hand.<\/p>\n\n\n

This table is supplied with two additional leaves which can be added or removed as required in order to alter the overall length of the table, as the occasion demands. For stability, the substantial table top stands on four sturdy yet very elegantly carved and attractively inlaid legs which are terminated with brass castors for ease of movement around the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Burr walnut has been used by fine furniture craftsmen for centuries due to its beautifully-shaped grain.
