As a partner of Frisbee he would have been in the circle that included the young Paul Storr.<\/p>\n<p>He then went into partnership with his son Edward Edwards in 1811.<\/p>\n<p>His work includes a number of fine silver gilt tea services and other domestic silver plate, and his pieces are considered to be of a high standard of design and execution.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>John Edwards III &#8211; was a silversmith working in London from 1788 when he entered his first mark as a plateworker.
