In 1869 the partnership was dissolved and the business was bought out by James Kebberling Bembridge, Thomas Hall and George Woodhouse. They continued to trade under the Hawksworth Eyre name and registered it as a limited company in the 1870s.<\/p>\n<p>The company registered further marks in 1900 and 1912.
