In excellent condition with original handles and locks. It has a faded green leather writing surface which has been antique finished with hand tooled gold leaf decoration.It stands on it's original brass and porcelain castors. It is mahogany and crossbanded with boxwood and ebony line inlay.It has 9 drawers and the drawer linings are solid mahogany with hand cut dovetails. It splits into 3 parts for ease of carriage. It has been masterfully inlaid with shells, cornucopia and floral marquetry by a master craftsman and is a delight to behold.
