This ia an antique Minton 10 inch Merrion Japan polychrome dinner plate.
The mark on the back dates this plate to 1890 according to Kovels New Dictionary of Marks (pg 244). There are no chips, no cracks, some crazing, light scratches comensurate with age. Pattern # 8667. Beautiful Imari colors!!!
